Principles of Yehodaya’s Bill of Rights

A just human society rests upon the recognition that every human being is created in the image of God. By virtue of their humanity, every person possesses sovereignty over their own body, freedom of choice, and natural rights that no governing authority may revoke, transfer, or diminish.

This Bill of Rights constitutes the supreme law of Yehodaya. It stands above the Constitution, the laws enacted by the Sanhedrin, and the regulations of the Executive Branch. Any law, regulation, decree, or act of government that conflicts with this Bill shall be null and void from its inception.

Sanctity of Life, Liberty, and Human Dignity

• The life, bodily integrity, and liberty of every person in Yehodaya are sacred and inviolable.
• Recognition of human dignity requires the absolute protection of the dignity of every citizen, permanent resident, and temporary resident. No person shall be subjected to coercive force, imprisonment, or restriction of movement except through due process of law and in response to an infringement of the rights of another.
• Every person has an absolute right to defend themselves against aggression, violence, or threats to their life or property. This right includes the right to own and carry lawful means of self-defense.
