Constitutional Amendment

Any amendment to the Constitution shall require approval in a national referendum by a majority of at least 75%, with participation by at least 75% of all eligible voters.

Amendment of the Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights may be amended only under the following conditions: approval by at least 90% of the members of the Sanhedrin, followed by the support of more than 80% of all eligible citizens in a national referendum.
