Information We Collect

Simply browsing the Yehodaya website does not require you to provide personal information.

At the time this Privacy Policy was published, website forms validate input in the browser and do not yet transmit submissions to a Yehodaya production backend. When that backend is connected, Yehodaya may receive personal information when you voluntarily submit it through a form on the website. Depending on the form, this may include:

• your name;
• your email address;
• information you include in a message;
• your request to receive Yehodaya news or updates; and
• other information that you voluntarily provide through the form.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for the purpose of your communication.

How We Use Personal Information

ActiveTrail

Website forms on Yehodaya are Yehodaya’s own forms. ActiveTrail tracking scripts, widgets, embedded forms or marketing cookies are not loaded on this website.

Yehodaya intends to use ActiveTrail as a service provider for managing relevant contact information and email communications. When a production server-side/API integration is enabled, information you provide through a relevant website form may be transferred through that Yehodaya-operated integration to ActiveTrail for processing on Yehodaya’s behalf.

At present, that server-side ActiveTrail integration is not connected in production, and form submissions are not transmitted to ActiveTrail or retained in a Yehodaya production backend. When the integration is enabled, this Privacy Policy will be updated if the description of processing needs to change.

When used, ActiveTrail would act as a service provider/data processor in relation to information processed on Yehodaya’s instructions.

ActiveTrail is operated by ActiveTrail Ltd. in Israel.

The European Commission currently recognizes Israel as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data for the purposes of transfers under EU data-protection law.

Cookies and Tracking

Yehodaya does not currently use cookies.

The website does not currently use:

• analytics cookies;
• advertising cookies;
• tracking pixels;
• behavioral advertising technology; or
• third-party visitor profiling.

Accordingly, the website does not display a cookie-consent banner.

If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy and, where legally required, the website’s consent mechanisms will be updated before such technology is used.
