Prohibition of Public Financing and Corporate Donations

• No direct or indirect public financing from the state budget or tax revenue will be provided to presidential campaigns, candidates for the Sanhedrin, or political parties.
• Political activities and campaigns may be financed exclusively through donations from private citizens of Yehodaya.
• Financing from corporations, companies, associations, labor organizations, or foreign entities will be entirely prohibited.
• Donations by a private individual to a candidate or political party will be capped at an amount established by law, to prevent the purchase of oligarchic influence.

Public Register of Donations - Public Ledger

• The state will operate and maintain a technology-based public ledger in which every political donation will be recorded and disclosed transparently to the public in real time, including the donor’s identity and the amount donated.
• Accepting a donation outside this system or concealing a donor’s identity will constitute a criminal offense and grounds for the immediate disqualification of a candidacy or removal from office.
• The state will provide an objective and equitable election portal containing a complete profile of every approved candidate for the presidency and the Sanhedrin. Each candidate will be given an equal platform on which to present a résumé, education, experience, and policy program in a uniform format accessible to every voter.
