YEHODAYA · יְהוֹדַיָה
Raising Founding Capital
The establishment of Yehodaya will require substantial seed capital to acquire the territory, develop basic infrastructure, and set the state’s economic and administrative systems in motion.
The funds may be raised through a dedicated Founding Fund, operating through two principal investment tracks:
- Founders’ Capital Track (Equity-equivalent): Intended for wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs, and states that identify with the vision and its core values. Contributors through this track will be recognized in Yehodaya’s history as Founding Fathers and recorded as having played a substantial role in shaping the course of the state and of the Jewish people.
- Debt Track (Loan Model): A financing model based on capital loans. Under this arrangement, a repayment framework will be agreed upon in advance for the period following the establishment of the state, together with a fair financial mechanism governing interest rates and repayment of principal.
The Founding Fund will be administered by the Founding Council, with complete transparency regarding the allocation of funds, development milestones, and the project’s progress toward becoming a fully functioning state.
